Chateau Malherbe is owned by the Ferrari Family who is known for producing unusual wines. The exceptional organic wines are produced from grapes that are hand-picked from vines planted in individual plots. The grapes are harvested when they have the optimum ripeness levels and then sorted carefully for a more thorough wine processing. The family never stopped creating wines that are elegantly unique and definitely a treasure to keep in this appellation.

Tasting Notes

Beautiful salmon pink dress. Discreet nose of peony, with a good liveliness on the palate. Frank and supple attack. The acidity and tension revealed in the end. A nice complexity around lychee, mango, rose and raspberry fragrances. Spicy length, pepper, cardamom and a hint of liquorice.
