Tasting Notes

NOSE: Earthy vanilla combines with layers of peat smoke, joined by a hint of milk chocolate.
TASTE: Anise and clove, shortly followed by cinder toffee and toasted oak stave.
FINISH: Plump raisin, smoked barley and a pinch of peppercorn.
