The Dalmore 15 Year Old whisky spends its first 12 years in bourbon barrels, then splits the remainder of the time three ways in Matusalem, Apostles, and Amoroso casks.
Such a delightful blend is made possible by maestro Richard Paterson, whose moniker of "The Nose" comes into play in this whisky's deep flavors and aromas.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Soft and very approachable, with dried fruit, hazelnuts and dry spiciness.
TASTE: Rich, classic Christmas-cake notes of raisins, currants, cherries, cinnamon and nutmeg.
FINISH: Sweet and raisiny, this rich-tasting dram lingers for a long time.
