Description

A Ben Nevis single malt here, aged in a pair of bourbon barrels that were filled in March 2011 and set aside to slumber. In June 2020, the casks were opened up and the whisky was bottled by Signatory for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. No whisky was chill-filtered in the process of making this bottling.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Turkish delight, strawberry jam, a soft waft of oaky smoke.

TASTE:
Apricot, another helping of floral fragrance, perhaps a touch of tobacco.

FINISH:
Vanilla, macadamia nut and mint.
